Weeks at Language Level

A student enrolment can have a Language Class level specified. This assists with the filtering and allocation of students to the appropriate Language class.

The enrolment language level weeks at the current level, enrolment level and date of level change is optionally displayed on the Language Enrolment search and the Class allocation.

When the student enrolment language level is manually updated (as the student progresses through the classes and levels up) you can update the enrolment overall language level – individually or in bulk from the enrolment search screen. The date of the level is stored when changed. Now whenever the enrolment search is displayed the number of weeks since the last change of Language level is displayed.

Please note the student enrolment level is not automatically changed. Students can be allocated to up to 8 different classes at the same time.
